It’s only a few weeks left until we kick-off the fall season! We already have a few fun things planned.
This fall, we will play our new show - Immigrant Stories, at Ö2 on Östgötagatan 2 in October.
Our stories are what connect us. This show is inspired by the real life stories of immigrants and their journeys from uprooting themselves in their home countries towards creating a life in Sweden. Just like in the popular storytelling series The Moth, a true personal story is told live. But, where the stories end, the improv begins. This unique combination of real life storytelling and improv takes the audience on a journey filled with emotions and laughter.
Show Dates: October 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20
Show Time: 20:00
Location: Ö2, Östgötagatan 2, Stockholm
Tickets: 250 SEK on billetto or at the door (150 SEK if you are a student at IT’S or an educational institution, please bring your student ID)

We are looking for groups to perform in the opening act at Thursday Night Improv. Each show we will select two groups that will get 10 minutes of stage time to open the entire show! Interested? Read more.
It’s always so rewarding to see so many of our IT'S friends come out to Mixer/Class shows, Drop-ins, Student Jams, Thursday Night Improv and all the stuff going on in our community. From the foundation of IT’S, we always wanted more than a theater, we wanted a vibrant, fun community of people from all over the world with a shared passion.
And we’d love to create more moments where we can come together. Over the summer we had a group of three students in charge to plan social events for IT'S: James Jensen, Eric Nylén and Maria Verbenko.
Now we're looking for a new group IT'S friends / students who like organising and want to be in charge of planning a few events for our community, starting in October. The events don't have to be complicated and can be as simple as a potluck picnic in the park.
Do you think this sounds fun? Send us a message on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The IT'S Student Facebook Group
We have an IT'S Student Facebook Group that we use to keep you up to date about things that are going on at IT'S. But it's not just for us; it's also for you. So do you want to share an interesting improv article or plan a fun activity for IT'S Students? Feel free to use the Facebook group! In the past students have organised birthday parties, Brännboll, Halloween parties and after works for our community. You don't need to be a teacher or intern at IT'S to post in the group, share ideas and organise social events. Go for it!
Not a member of the IT'S Student Facebook group yet? You can find it here
Get Involved: Internship Opportunities at IT'S
Want to intern at International Theater Stockholm?
We welcome Rebeka Lapos and Ellen Rosdahl as our stage production team. We are still looking for people to become our social media marketing intern. Read more below about our different internships and how to apply here.
Before the classes start, we will send out a welcome email to our students with all information you need for your classes.
Do you have questions about classes, shows, etcetera? Here's what you can do:
If you have a question, please check out our FAQ page first to see if you can find your answer there. Check out our FAQ page here.
If you still can't find the answer to your question, you can send an email to email@example.com. We check and answer emails about once a week, so don't worry if you don't get an answer immediately. If you haven't gotten an answer within a week, feel free to send us a reminder.
Contact your Teacher
Do you have an important question about your class specifically and it can't wait until the next class? In that case you can contact your teacher over mail or phone. In the welcome email you can find the contact details of the teachers.
We really appreciate your feedback and that's why we want to show you that we listen and that we think about it. Here we will share some of the feedback we receive and our response to it. Do you have feedback for us? Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We might not respond to all of the feedback, but we do read and consider everything.
"It would be nice to have a place where we can easily find back information on classes and student events"
We've been thinking about a system to make it easier for you to find back all the information you need. That's why we've created this page. This page for everyone who's taking a course at IT'S to easily find back information about your class or upcoming events.* We hope it will give you a better overview. Thoughts? Let us know!
* We will keep on sending out emails as well and it's important that you read these to make sure you don't miss anything important.
"Why don't you add more level 2 and 3 classes?"
It's a lot of work to put classes together and so we only do it if we think we can fill it. If you're interested in taking a certain level, but your are not signed up because the dates don't work for you, we'd love to know about it. That way we know if we could potentially fill a second class.
